Naples Italy weather – The best time to visit Naples is from April to November. The city enjoys a Mediterranean climate, with very mild winters and hot and humid summers but also cooled by the sea breeze. The temperatures in winter are very pleasant, they can even reach 20°C, hardly drop below 5°C and only for a few days. The autumn months are generally an extension of the summer, hot and mostly sunny. Summer is long, rather hot and muggy in July and August with temperatures even below 40°C.
Arrival in Naples by plane – Naples International Airport is located in the city, to reach your accommodation you can use the Alibus shuttle that connects the airport to Naples Central Station and the port or take a taxi. The cost of the shuttle ticket is €5 and can be purchased at the airport. To save time and since the airport is in the city, we recommend that you take a taxi. With around €25 you should be able to reach your accomodation in the city, you can ask the taxi driver to charge you the predetermined rate.
Arrival in Naples by train – Naples Central Station is located in the city and is connected to Line 1 of the Garibaldi Metro Station. If your accommodation is close to a metro stop you can easily take it otherwise we recommend you take a taxi. With about €20 you can reach your hotel in the city, you can ask the taxi driver to apply the predetermined rate.
Arrival in Naples by car – If you arrive in Naples by car, we advise you to ask the structure where you will spend your holiday in advance for information on a garage where you can park your car. In Naples Italy, the daily cost to park a large car in some neighborhoods can even reach €25/30.
